Daily Schedule & What to Bring

 

9:00 - 9:10: Daily camp meeting, points of emphasis

9:10 - 9:30: Warm-up drills, dynamic stretching, strength and conditioning

9:30 - 10:30: Individual skill sessions (passing, shooting, stickhandling)

10:30 - 10:45: Snack break

10:45 - 11:15: Individual and team defensive skills and strategies

11:15 - 12:15: Situational drills and small-sided games

12:15 - 12:45: Lunch

12:45 - 2:00: Scrimmages

  • Campers should bring a stick, goggles, mouthguard and shin guards daily

  • Campers should also bring snack, lunch, a refillable water bottle and sunscreen daily
